To begin the return process, email PaintedPrettyShop (at) gmail with your name and order number. You will then receive our return form along with an email to track the process of your order.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item has arrived damaged. All refunds will be for the price of the item purchased and tax (if applicable.)
Any damaged items must be reported to Painted Pretty Shop within TEN days of receiving the item. Please email photos and a brief description to PaintedPrettyShop
(at) gmail. Only items deemed faulty will receive a return shipping label.
Promo codes are not valid on prior purchases. Items purchased with a promo code may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the price paid minus shipping fees. Expired promo codes will not be accepted.
Because of the rate that items sell out, we do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, please return any items you would like to exchange, and then place a new order for the item you would like.
Please note: When shipping your item back to us, we strongly recommend that you use a delivery confirmation and track your package. Painted Pretty Shop is not responsible for lost returns.
